Dr. Yvan Latour
Born and raised in Northern Ontario (Iroquois Falls), I attended The University of Waterloo to study Civil Engineering then transferred to the University of Western Ontario where I received an Honors Biochemistry Degree in 1988. I then followed my dream and attended Laval University and finished my dental degree in 1992.
I immediately started working in 1992 in North Bay, ON as an associate with Dr. Doug Brenne until 2001. I then became the sole owner and built a new clinic in 2004 where Lakeshore Dental care was born.
I took a short 3-year retirement following the sale of my practice and building in 2020. Now, I am excited to join the amazing team at Northern Lakes Dental and look forward to working with Dr. Cat Senecal again. We worked briefly together during my last year working before my retirement as my associate. We’ve always shared similar philosophies in terms of providing care to our patients and feel this will be a great partnership. I am excited to be back providing dental care and meeting the needs of the patients here in this exceptional community.
